Each month Sanctuary members receive teachings, meditations, rituals, Soul Journeys, spiritual tools, worksheets, and soul-based workbooks to help them fill up their well and stay aligned to their soul. HOW OFTEN WILL I HAVE CONTACT WITH REBECCA?

Each month Rebecca will send you that month’s content (this is usually around a theme and will include content such as a meditation, soul journey, teachings, workbook, worksheets, tools etc.) You will also have access to Rebecca and the Community Manager in the private Facebook group and on the live monthly Zoom calls, which Rebecca leads.

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THE CONTENT IN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME?

No. When you join the Membership you are free to access your personal hub at your own pace.

WHEN ARE THE LIVE MEMBER CIRCLES?

Live Member Circles are held every month. The circles are held via Zoom and Facebook Live, and a replay is sent to you by email afterwards so you can watch it back at any time that suits you.

I DON’T HAVE/USE FACEBOOK. CAN I STILL WATCH THE LIVE CIRCLES? AND IF I MISS THE LIVE CIRCLES CAN I WATCH A REPLAY?

All Live Circles are recorded on Facebook and on a platform called Zoom. Both Facebook and Zoom are interactive and you can ask Rebecca questions during these live circles using Facebook or the Zoom link provided. We have many members who don’t have a Facebook account and we have found that Zoom works as a best fit for all. A replay of each Live Circle is sent out via email in the days after the circle, so that you can watch it at a time that is most suitable for you.

WHEN DO WE RECEIVE NEW CONTENT ON THE INNER TEMPLE HUB?

You receive new content on the 11th of every month.

DO I HAVE TIME FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?

All meditations, tools, videos, etc have been designed to be easy to use, no matter how much time you have. You will find something to do, no matter if you have 5 minutes or 50 minutes to spare.

WHAT LEVEL OF SPIRITUAL PRACTICE IS THIS? I’VE BEEN ON A SPIRITUAL PATH FOR QUITE SOME TIME

Because of the nature of soul growth, our souls are always whispering and guiding us. Rebecca’s teaching style is to create the sacred container for you to connect with the wisdom of your own soul and the intelligence of nature. For this reason, it does not matter if you are a beginner or seasoned meditator, for example.

The Private Facebook Group is a sacred place for us to gather, be supported and fill up our well, so we can then be of service to the world around us. Please respect this with the energy you bring and by not posting promotional material. When participating in the Membership, information you share and your behaviour towards other participants should be polite, respectful and not offensive. Offensive or hostile behaviour towards or in relation to other participants is not permitted. You should not post material or make comments that are likely or intended to be or are in breach of any person’s rights, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, violent, threatening, promoting illegal activity, or are likely or intended to deceive any person, or harass or cause anxiety to any person, or likely to bring us into disrepute.
