There has never been more information available than there is now. More noise, more input, more ways of being told who to be and how to live. And yet, through 15 years of this work, I’ve seen that information doesn’t create transformation. What people are really searching for is a way to hear what is true for them… and to live it. 

The soul holds its own intelligence, but it is through the body that we hear it, and through the body that we live it. And this is where so much of the industry splits. There are ways of working that open people to guidance, intuition, and insight, but don’t support them in living it. And there are ways of working that focus on action, change, and moving forward, but without a deep connection to what is true. 

What I’ve been devoted to is bringing those two together. A way of living and working that is guided by the soul, but doesn’t bypass the body. Where inner guidance is central, and is met with grounded, consistent action in life. 

This process has been shaped over many years of doing this work, and more recently brought together into a clear and structured journey. A six-session Life Purpose Process that supports someone to come into relationship with their soul and begin living from it.
